“R.F.I.” marks the first collaboration between London-based drummer Andy Baxter (Robohands) and LA-based multi-instrumentalist Jack Barone—a psychedelic exploration into the ancient scales of the Middle East, shaped by the textures of classic recordings and the pulse of the modern era.

The EP moves like a journey: beginning in stasis—stuck on a wall, locked in place—before slipping into the fluid motion of the desert, and finally dissolving into rest, as the final notes bend you into the ground.
